The Fuelverter was primarily developed to offer a consumer great value in the simplest, most efficient, universal, easily installed, maintanance-free product that can allow this fuel preheating process to be applied to the average fuel injected vehicle, whether for huge savings on fleet vehicles, or like most of us - for overall savings on oil products and labor in our general purpose everyday vehicles. Our focus was to offer similar benefits compared to a Compressed Natural Gas powered vehicle or (CNG). Most everyone knows that the vehicles running on these type of vapor fuels last much longer and run much cleaner: but these fuels aren't very convenient. The Fuelverter offers similar benefits at greater convenience without spending thousands of dollars on these type fuel conversions. The greatest thing is with the Fuelverter - you still fill up with ordinary gasoline at any gas station. There is much skepticism in products that increase fuel mileage. We have seen all the old gadgets come out of the woodwork from the 70's. We encourage a customer to do research on this preheating process. You will find there is enough merit in this process that a lot of these products are simply kept from the consumer. You will find there is nothing as inexpensive, effective, & universal as the Fuelverter. We will provide this link that sheds some light on these type of products. Although no one can provide an easy to install, inexpensive product that can heat fuel to those high temperatures for 100% fuel efficiency as referred to in this article. This would take major modifications plus thousands of dollars in just parts and labor. http://www.electrifyingtimes.com/gasolinevapor.html We also know of 2 major auto manufacturers that used this preheating process just to lower emissions so their vehicles would pass California emissions regulations. It is proven that heating fuel causes it to vaporize much more efficiently so that more energy is released in the combustion chamber with less fuel wasted. Heating fuel also causes the liquid to expand or increase by volume so when cool fuel leaves the tank it's volume is increased in the Fuelverter before entering the engine. Simply put: if you put a gas can full of cool fuel in the sun it will eventually overflow by just this small increase above ambient temperature. In a nutshell, any preheating of almost any liquid fuel immediately increases it by volume so there is now more to go farther and preheating is better for more efficient combustion, add cold air which all factory fuel-injected vehicles have and you have the perfect combination to increase power and maximize efficiency. Once installed, the Fuelverter allows this proven process of converting liquid gasoline to a vapor to be much more effective in the intake manifold before it reaches the combustion chamber. This is because the Fuelverter now allows your cooling system to thermostatically control the temperature of the fuel, preheating it before entering the intake manifold increasing the vaporization process; therefore, reducing - or in best cases - eliminating, liquid gasoline in the combustion chamber. After this vaporizing process happens in the intake manifold there are less overall deposits and gasoline is now at its most energetic and efficient state, allowing an engine to run on it much cleaner and more efficiently. Plus the liquid washing effect and mixing of liquid gasoline into the oil in the cylinders are greatly reduced so cylinder scoring, friction, heat and dirty oil is also reduced, promoting better ring seal and less blowby. Heating fuel to increase volume for profit: studies have
found that just a few degrees can add $0.10 or more to a gallon of gas
at the pump. Just heating fuel for increased volume works to make fuel
expand to go further. In fact, it works so well that it may soon be
mandatory for stations to have a temperature compensation process in
place at the pump to avoid overcharging consumers. (It is already mandatory
in Canada.) Increase Fuel Mileage | Increase Gas Mileage | Improve
